Eliminate the numeric characters in my string

Hi:)
Thank you for being to responsive.
I was looking for the regex function but can’t find them in my quicksight and so i was wondering if it might be a version issue…
I have a field i get from a third party which contains store name + some kind of running id. i would like to retrieve the store name and ignore the id in my report in orther to use this field for aggregation by store.
What options do i have to do that?

but i don’t know the amount of numeric characters and their position in the string.
so how did you mean i can go about it?

sorry i am not sure i understand. i need to find numeric value but i don’t know what are they and how much characters they are
