Email Scheduled report issue

Hi all, I’ve been encountering an issue from past week. I setup an email schedule for quicksight published visual (comprising of 3 sheets in the visual). Earlier, when the scheduled email comes, it shows the overview of all the 3 visuals along with the pdf download option at the bottom.
Due to this the stakeholders were able to get a glance of the visual.
However, from past week, the overview for all 3 visuals is not reflecting, instead only 2 of then are reflecting, but in the download pdf part, all the visuals are there.
I checked for any kind of visual filter but there was none. I’m not sure what could be the issue.

Hello @Mudgal - You are the 2nd person I have seen today commenting on a similar problem that occurred around the same time frame. Due to this and the recent visual update made for QuickSight, I believe this may be a bug.

I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!

Hi @DylanM I am archiving this since it appears to be a bug that can best be served by Customer Support so that they can review the logs.
