Is there are way to toggle the publish options such as “Enable print” and “Enable PDF download” available at the point of publication of an analysis to a dashboard via the AWS CLI or similar? My use case is to disable PDF generation for all my dashboards in the account and only turn it back on manually for one or two.

The option to “Enable print” and “Enable PDF download” is available currently only through the UI.
In an embedding scenario , you can use the SDK to initiate a print ( amazon-quicksight-embedding-sdk - npm ) .
I can tag this as a feature request.
