Hi, Quick Sight Team.
We are trying to make Quick Sight to connect the MySQL server which was manually built on EC2.
Our tech have edited the inbound rules of port 3306 in Security Groups, and add the IP address of us-east-1 region to the white-list of local database, we can connect this MySQL server in Jupyter IDE and Navicat, but cannot work well in Quick sight which really confused us.
The IP address of us-east-1 region which added into the white list of local database by our tech:
US East (N. Virginia) (us-east-1)
Website for user access – https://us-east-1.quicksight.aws.amazon.com
Service API endpoint – quicksight.us-east-1.amazonaws.com
IP address range for data source connectivity – 52.23.63.224/27
