Report was not sent because of an issue with a filter or a calculated field (User: 1).
But all the visuals. filter and calculated fields work fine.

While the Dashboard maybe working as expected for you, while generating the email for the recipient the filter or calculated field may not be working as expected. This is commonly caused by any application of Row Level or Column Level Security or Dynamic Default Parameters that modify the data / output for recipients.
