Excel pivottable vs Quicksight pivottable

Are there aggregation differences between excel and quicksight as my attempts to replicate a pivottable from excel into Quicksight are not working as it seems the count function doesn’t work the same way, as it seems quicksight counts per row in the dataset without grouping by row in the pivotable

@uwindsordata there is some differences in how excel and Amazon QuickSight handle aggregation and pivot tables, for pivot tables see doc guide: Using pivot tables - Amazon QuickSight
for aggregation functions for count: count - Amazon QuickSight. Let me know if you need further guidance.
