We have recently observed that the print and generate pdf options are no longer available in the export button of some of our existing dashboards. When clicking the export button, only view downloads is displayed. We have been utilizing this feature for quite some time, and this issue occurred only recently. Interestingly, export pdf functionality is functioning properly in some dashboards. Both dashboards with export pdf issue and those working fine are utilizing the same datasource. Are there any settings that need adjustment to fix this?
I’m using google chrome browser and I have admin access to dashboards, analysis and datasets.
Hi @celso - Can you please confirm whether the dashboard has data where print and generate pdf are not working. If yes, then the symptom is bit strange and it is better to submit a ticket to AWS Customer support team so that they can see this issue by screenshare. I resolved the issue by republishing the analysis again with the “enabled pdf download” ticked in the advanced publish options. Download pdf is now available.
