FCLM precision data pull issues

Hello, I was contrasting the data from FCLM precision and FCLM, and can see the data pull is not correctly done.

The data of actual hours in one specific bucket is of 17 hours (In FCLM precision)
The data that is in FCLM hours logged are of 27 hours (in FCLM tool)

The data pull is pulling approx 10 hours less than it should, any guidance?

Hello @Gaurav_guru_Devnani, welcome to the QuickSight Community! In regards to your datapull, are you directly querying an S3 bucket from QuickSight? Is there any kind of SQL involved or are you building any data views in a corresponding database/datawarehouse? Also, is the dataset current ingested with SPICE or are you using Direct Query?

I don’t have enough information to know exactly what the problem is but I may be able to help you figure it out!
