Feature Request : Add LOOKUP() / LAG() Table Functionality in Quick Sight

Dear Quick Sight Team,
I’m a frequent user of Amazon Quick Sight and would like to request a feature enhancement.
Currently, there is no support for LOOKUP() or LAG() functions in the Quick Sight calculated field layer.
These functions are essential for use cases such as:

  • Forward-filling null values in time-series data
  • Creating running change analytics

This feature is already available in tools like Tableau and Power BI and would greatly enhance Quick Sight’s analytical capability.

Thank you for considering this enhancement. It would benefit many BI developers and data analysts working with temporal or sequential data.

Thank you
