[FEATURE_REQUEST] Disable Scheduled Refresh

Hi Community,

I have varied set of datasets with incremental refreshes scheduled. As our requirements for reporting/analysis are always evolving sometimes there are changes to datasets that would trigger a Full Refresh.

During these refreshes there is a heavier load on the database resources and the time it takes to complete the Full Refresh may be not clear. I would have preferred a Disable option on the scheduled refresh so we can plan on delaying some of the refreshes if we feel they may clash with a heavy refresh.

Currently, I tweak the timing or delete and re-created. Which is not an ideal way to do things.
