Hi,
Currently when logging via SSO, on session expiration the user is automatically forwarded to the AWS Sign-in page. Then, the user needs to click at the log out button and refresh the page to be able to log in/authenticate again.
This is undesired because many federated users are not familiar with the AWS ecosystem and this also introduces one extra steps in the logging process.
To reproduce this issue, sign in via SSO from a browser. Let it overnight (or passed expiration period) and open the page again. Or open a new quicksight tab. You get forwarded to the signin page.
This topic was discussed with Quicksight architect and we were asked to send a feature request.
