Feature Request - search bar to find data source in QS

Hi all,

There are a lot of data sources in our QS and it is often frustrating and time consuming to click through all data sources to find the right one.

Where do I see my list of connections? And all datasets?

Newbie here. I get that dashboards are merely published analyses, and analyses contain datasets, and datasets make use of connections. I can see dashboards, analyses, and datasets on the left-hand side, but where are the connections?? This is probably a dumb question. Do I not have rights to see all the connections? Also, a analysis (or do you call it a report?) was shared with me and I’ve been editing it. It, obviously, contains a dataset. I’d like to refresh that dataset, but when I go …

As per my understanding it is currently only possible to see them with API or CLI.

Will the search bar function be extended to data source in the near future?

While Amazon does not disclose their current road map or timing on potential features, I can mark this as a feature request to promote visibility to the support team.

You can keep an eye on new features being implemented through the ‘What’s New’ section.
