Do we have an option to get feedback from users, by giving a prompt after they download the data from dashboard, or when they try to close the browser tab?

I don’t think we have such feedback option that i am aware of currently.
The only thing close to your requirement which i can think about is providing feedback about QuickSight Q topics but i am not sure if this will suffice your need.

What kind of feedback are you looking for? Free text or 1 to 5?
You could build something with “write back”.
Should they give feedback about content or user experience?
You could also add a “mailto” action. Then the can send you an mail.

I am looking for user experience feedback, as well as any suggestions for improvement or features
Thanks for sharing this Deep, but I am looking for a user experience/customer satisfaction feedback which is prompted as a dialogue box.
with QS board features it is not possible.
maybe you can add a custom visual with an feedback form/website inside.
