Hi @akashmanjunatha123 - The same issue has been observed in us-east-1 and us-east-2 regions, the same discussion happened in another blog as well. See the below link - Visualization titles that were center aligned are now left aligned in us-east-2 - #11 by eperts

Hi @akashmanjunatha123 - This seems to be a bug that many customers are reporting.
I recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Also, opening a support case will allow you to track when a fix comes out. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.
