Using Q to answer questions, it can return a table with several columns. Is there any way to format the output of these columns, if I want them to be displayed in a certain order? I’ve tried changing the prompt in different ways as well as adding custom instructions. Thanks!

The customizing options when it comes to visuals within a Q answer are fairly limited. With tables, you can change the sorting but unfortunately not the option to reorganize or reorder.
If specifically dealing with tables though, one work around you could explore are the Named Entities. You can create a Named Entity within the ‘data’ section of your topic. With Named entities, you can essentially create a table including the fields you choose (and re-order how you’d like):
