Generate to PDF export does not contain export date

Hi All,

I am facing an issue for a dashboard where I have 3 pages in dashboard.
When I click on export and then generate to pdf it generates pdf file. For 1st and 2nd page export contains exported date but the 3rd page does not display that exported date.

Thanks for reaching out.

I was able to replicate this behavior and noticed that pages with controls generated the export date while pages without controls had missing export date.

I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.
