When exporting an analysis as PDF, the geospatial filled map visual is exported as seen below - without the actual data. In the analysis itself, it is seen correctly. Everything else (all other visuals) are okay, just the map is blank. Is this a known issue/do I have to enable it somewhere?

Hi, Sorry that you are facing this issue. Ideally, the filled maps should be exported with data in the pdf (attached). Can you please provide screenshot of the analysis with field wells?
Hi, thank you for your reply - I don’t know if anything has changed, but when I tested it now to provide you the screenshots (without changing anything on my side), the export now correctly shows the map with data instead of being empty like last week.
So thank you, this seems to be resolved now, although I don’t know how.
Hi I have the same issue.
The map shows a limited segment of data and in analysis I need to zoom out and it data shows up on the map.
Though, when exporting to pdf, I still get ONLY limited part of segment with data on the map. How can I fix that, any ideas please?
in red is what the initial map shows and pdf saves, while in green is the real info that should appear , it’s seen in the dashboard if I zoom out.
