Geospatial Issue - US county-equivalent plotting issue

Hi, I’m trying to plot a map at US county level and some of my data includes county-equivalent areas.

I’m encountering an issue when plotting for American Samoa and Northern Mariana Islands - the county-equivalent values are not recognised and thus skipped by the map. In addition, Rota Municipality in Northern Mariana Islands weirdly show up in Virgin Islands.

Any advice for resolving the issue? I’ve set up the geospatial hierarchy between country, state and county name. At state-level, the visualisation worked perfectly. The issue only occurred when switching to county level.
