Hi All,
When trying to sign into Quicksight with the Amazonbi account I am immediately being directed to a blank window that says message “Internal server error”
I have previously had access to Quicksight for years so not sure where this is coming from

Hi @keemille - Welcome to AWS QuickSight community and thanks for posting the question. Can you please try below options.
- Clear the browser cache and cookies and try it again.
- Open a new window in-Cognito mode and try to login quicksight.
In parallel also check with QuickSight Admin whether any changes happened at QuickSight side in terms of connection. If no changes happened and above steps is not resolving the issue, please raise a ticket to AWS Customer support team help you on this. Hi @keemille - Thanks. Is the issue applicable to your organization or there is a generic QuickSight problem from AWS Side.
