Grant access to all dashboards

There is a dashboard that only some users have access to. The owner no longer works at the company or is on the account. I am admin for the IAM account but cannot seem to find any permissions that would allow me to view this dashboard or all other dashboards made as part of this account. Any advice? I can’t seem to find a concrete answer to this anywhere.

You can following APIs via CLI or SDK to list all the dashboards and grant yourself owner permissions.
