Hello @Fotis_flex, maybe you need to change your Pivot Options. It is a tab within the Format Visual section of the Pivot Table. Try switching it from Hierarchy to Tabular, that might give you the result you are looking for! Here is a link to the documentation for Pivot Table creation in QuickSight just in case.
