Hi team, I have co-owner access to both the analysis and dashboard, and owner access to the datasets, why I cannot publish dashboard by replacing the existing dashboard? has anyone experience the same situation?
I would suggest opening up a support case.
Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
Here are some other options.
If the dashboard was published programmatically, then you cannot replace it from existing analysis as there is no link between the dashboard and analysis.
Check if the owner can replace the existing dashboard,
if yes > Open a support ticket
if no > Then update the same dashboard using API calls.
