Is there any way to get rid of this additional gray space on my embedded dashboard, where I don’t have any visuals? Here, the red box is extra space that I would love to drop because it creates unnecessary scroll on the page.
I’m using the latest JS SDK for embedding anonymously. Here are the arguments that I’m aware of that could effect the height (and the different value options that I’ve tried in parenthesis):
Either the embedded iframe comes out too small, and scrolling happens within the iframe, or it comes out too big (with all of that extra space) and scrolling happens on the page. I could just say overflow hidden, but if I can target this extra dashboard space in any way that would be better. If there’s nothing I can do on embed, is there anything I can do when authoring the analysis?
Any insight on how to more accurately manage or control dashboard size would be appreciated. Thank you!
I think those faint lines along the side (red arrow on left) indicate the bottom of the dashboard? At least, the amount of space seems to correspond after embedding. Same question though: is there some sort of setting or anything I can do to shrink that?
Hi @ltaylor,
When dealing with the tiled layout, the analysis get’s setup on a more defined set of parameters including the sizing. Have you tried altering your analysis to free-form layout? That format has more display settings so it may help in this case.
Let me know if you have any additional questions or if that helps for your case at all!
