Help - Discrepancy in Media Benchmarks 2.0

I’m running into an issue with MBI 2.0 where the 75th percentile is showing better benchmarks than the 90th percentile. Does anyone know why that might be the case?

Hi @jlgross and welcome to the QuickSight community!
It sounds like you are referring to an internal dashboard that’s specific to your organization. If you do not have owner privileges to edit, I would suggest reaching out to someone within your organization that may have those capabilities. As this is a public forum, we do not have the ability to access private information.
If you are an owner and have access to edit, please include some additional information on the visual (including screenshot) as well as what’s setup to handle benchmarks.

Thank you!

Hi Brett, are you able to help advise or point me in the right direction?

Hi @jlgross,
Please make sure to tag the community member you’re responding to by using the ‘@’ symbol, otherwise we will not be notified that there’s been a response.

I was unable to find any documentation or link to a public access dashboard created by QuickSight that’s setup as ‘Media Benchmark’. If this is a template from QuickSight, would you be able to share the link from where you attained it so that I can see how the dashboard was setup/is intended to be used?

Looking at your screenshot though, this looks like a dashboard that was created by someone within your organization; if that’s the case, I could still assist but as community members do not have access to private dashboards, I would need more information on what fields are being used to set the benchmarks, percentiles, etc.

@jlgross ,

note : this is a public forum . if the screenshot includes any company data which should not be shared publicly , please remove it from the post. You would have to reach out to the user who gave you access to this dashboard to get an understanding on the calculations.

Kind regards,
Koushik
