Hide table column based on parameter

Is there any way to hide a column in a table based on a parameter? I know I can create a calculated field that can change the values contained in the table as the parameter changes, but my use case requires a different number of columns in the table depending on the parameter.

I have searched a few thread that it’s possible but doesn’t have any detailed step to arrive at this outcome. Greatly appreciate any advice. thanks!

Thanks @duncan , I am aware of this solution but it does not work for my use case due to the QS limitation of 30 visuals per sheet. Is there currently any way to dynamically hide/show a column based on a parameter?

After trying a few things and researching, I don’t believe this is currently possible Quicksight. I will mark this as a feature request for the Quicksight team.
