Highlight bar chart

Hi All,

I have a Vertical bar chart with employee names on X axis and their score on Y axis. An Action has also been set on this chart so that all other visuals are filtered based on the employee selected. As there are more than 75 employees on the X axis, to make it easy we have added a employee drop down filter in the sheet. Now based on the employee selected on this drop down filter, I would like to high light the employee in bar chart with a color. How can the employee in bar chart be selected/colored based on the employee drop down filter?

Any help would be much appreciated.
