Horizontal Bar Chart | Each Group/Bar With a Different Consistent Color

Hi,

I got a horizontal bar chart that shows a dimension and a simple value count. Now, I would like to color each dimension in a different way. The color should be consistent across multiple visuals. So, for example dimension value “website” should always be green wherever it it used.

Currently, I assign colors via the color palette but that is super tedious and additionally as soon as new values are available in this dimension they get all the same color.

Any idea how to solve that

There is no way to do this easily.

One way is to set up a visual and color each of the dimensions seperatly and then duplicate the visual and change whatever you need to change.

Make sure you change the color not the chart color.

The other way would be to change the colors of your theme and then sort the dimensions to match the colors.
