How can I achieve conditional formatting for HH:MI?

Hi Team,
Need you help for finding my solutions.
PFB the calculation

Here what happened everything is fine when the HOUR is Integer Number type that is only HOUR type but when it is HOUR With Min then the result showing Wrong.

Lets Say , If Start Date Min - Calc - 6:30 then it should be under as Amber but it is showing Green.

So any idea how can I achieve this.

Hi @Biswajit_1993 - Can you put the condition for minutes along with hour then both the fields will be integer.
