I have a formatting requirement similar to this for this field, negative values ​​to the left, positive values ​​to the right so that the data bar does not go over the value :

Hello Pedro,

I do not think its dynamically possible, you may need to stretch (expand/de-expand) the horizontal partition accordingly to adjust plus the value cell can be align left, center, or right
