How can I share a dashboard with my external customer (Non IAM user)?

We want to invite our customers to view a dashboard we have built-in quicksight and want to know the right way to share access to this dashboard. We don’t want/need them to be able to do anything other than view the dashboard.

They do NOT have an IAM user account and we do not want to create one for them.

David- If you don’t want to create an account for the customer I believe your best option is to download and share a PDF of the dashboard. This can be done from the export icon which is at the top right of the screen when viewing the dashboard.

QuickSight users do not need to be IAM users. They can exist solely in QuickSight, all you need is an email address. Please see the documentation below.
