How do i create a SIM ticket for data not populating for over a month in LUMIN?

I have been trying to deep dive my late to load, along with Late to Induct/containerize/divert at HOU6 but within site analysis (HAM), it has been showing no data for weeks now. How do i create a sim to have this RCA?

Do you mean that your QuickSight dashboard is showing “no data for the visuals” or that no data is being ingested into the dataset for the past week?

Can you break down more about how the data is getting to your analysis/dashboard?

If you have access to the dataset, and it is in SPICE, I would double check that the dataset is refreshing. I would also check that the dataset is getting data from the data source.

If you do not have access to the analysis or the datasets you will need to reach out internally to find the owner of those assets.
