I have a range of % for a col that i want to see grouped like 100% , 100 - 90%, 90-80% and so on. And want to see count from other col. associated to these ranges.

You can create a calculated field using ifelse logic for those ranges. You can then count the records by the new range field in the table view. I have included a screenshot of sample data, the calculation logic to create the range field and then using that new calculated range field in a table and counting the values that are in each band.
