How do I recover deleted analysis?

Hello Team,

Can someone please help me a step by step on how to recover deleted analysis?

I found similar case - Process to restore a deleted analysis Quicksight file - #3 by David_Wong however I don’t have any experience on APIs or AWS CLI.

P.S I am using the account name amazonbi
