How do you grant access to amazon quick for a blue badge employee if they are a tier 1?

Is there a process for granting access tier 1 associates if they are in a step up position? Also some L3 supervisors do not have access, what is the process to fix this?

As this is a public forum, we don’t have access to your/your team’s specific accounts. I would recommend reaching out internally to your local IT help desk or whoever manages AWS/Quick Sight access in your organization and requesting that the specific users be added. And the same would go for the L3 question as well.
