How Long Are Scheduled Paginated Reports Available for Download in QuickSight?

Hi everyone! :slight_smile:

I know there’s an option to generate paginated reports on a scheduled basis. The schedule captures the report at the specified time, but it doesn’t automatically download the generated report — we still need to do that manually.

I’d like to know how long the generated report remains available for download. I was unable to download the report after about 1.5 hours, but is there any exact timeframe within which the report remains accessible?

Hello Helseslo,

Pixler Perfect Paginated report snapshots are available for a year and post that it expires.

As I mentioned, I was unable to download the snapshot even after 1.5 hours. The snapshot was visible as “available”, but I received an error after trying to download it.

Hello there,

I am not sure how big and number of pages you have in the report but i would highly recommend to reach out to AWS customer support.

Support engineer should be able to deep dive and check what could be the issue.
