How long does it take for replies to be approved?

Just wondering how long it typically takes for a reply to a post to be approved? The following reply has been “awaiting approval” for 9 days:

If you have questions about an article, I think it may be better to post them in the Q&A section and link to the article. Your questions will get more visibility here and also don’t need to be approved. There are community members who answer questions in the Q&A section daily.
