I have created insight visual using customized narrative feature to show increase/decrease/no change of selected measures with green/red/golden colour, respectively. I have to append green coloured arrow directing up in case of increase, red coloured down arrow in case of decrease and golden coloured right directing arrow in case of no change. Can someone help me adding icon in case of customized narrative?

To my knowledge there is no baked in icons for the conditional formatting in the insight narrative editor but what you can do is apply image urls to your conditional statements.
In the example above I applied an unique image for both “increased by” and “decreased by” conditional statements so that when the criteria are meet for one or the other an image appears as well.
