How to apply formatting(k, %, $, etc..) & conditional formatting on pivoted columns?

Hi All, Need to keep proper dates in headers hence maintaining QS headers in one column in dataset. Is there a way to apply formatting on individuals columns in Quicksight. Can someone please help with this.

Hi

Just click on pencil button and use conditional formatting as per your requirement.

Columns in QS are pivoted from a row. Unable to apply formatting on particular column in QS.

Hi @merugup,
If you’re looking to change the formatting for the columns fields, you’ll most likely have to update them from the field options in the dataset field list.

This is just a sample dataset but you’d select the ellipses located next to the field you’re looking to change, and then go to ‘more formatting options’ for different unit types, etc.

Let me know if this works for your case or if you have any other questions!
