How to Calculate the accuracy Percentage

Hi ,

I am trying to calculate the percentage of accuracy based on the severity against the order.

the defect ratings are as follows:

No findings = 100%
Low findings only = 90%
No more than two moderate findings = 80%
Three or more moderate or at least one high finding = 60%

Could you please assist me how to achieve the desired output from the below table. Snap given below for your reference.
