I have a scoring field based on category which needs to be displayed in insight visual. For a particular category there is a possibility that don’t have an entry on a particular day or can have a negative value (-5) for scoring field. How to include a condition to show N/M in customize narrative when there is no data to show in the visual.
Hello @komalig, I am not certain a work-around will fix this because if no data exists for a particular day it has nothing to reference, but there are 2 possibilities I can think of. You can click the 3 dots next to the field you have in your field well and select the more formatting options. There you can customize how NULL values are displayed. Another possibility would be to add an Inline IF where you are displaying the returned value to either show the value if it isn’t NULL or display the alternative message. Let me know if this helps!
