What specifically are you trying to accomplish? What is the date format that is currently present and how do you wish for them to be reformatted?

Conditional formatting of a date is available for a table visualization, not pivot. As conditional formatting for rows or columns (un-aggregated date field) is only available for a table visualization. Please see the documentation below.

I want to display status of activities and format the date cells with background colors corresponding to the status of those activities. Like green if on track red if delayed and amber if at risk. I already have a status column
