Hi @aditya2268, It is not possible to change the format of a single cell in QuickSight. As a workaround, you can create a calculated field for your productivity gain field and multiply it by 100. Then you can change the name of your productivity gain field to something like, “Productivity Gain Percentage”. Does this solution work for you?
