QuickSight administrator can go to Manage QuickSight>Manage Groups to edit/ delete or create groups.

I dont have an edit opetion After I go into manage groups, I don’t see it in your picture as well

Please refer to the below link to create and manage user groups. As of now you will not be able to delete user groups via UI but only using CLI. Theinstructions are documented in the link below.

@Kristin Are there any plans to upgrade the UI to be able to delete groups?
The current situation is unfortionate because you want to enable analysts to manage the rights structure but often they are note able to use the CLI.
