How to export table with 30k records in csv format in Quicksight

Hi
I’m trying to export 30k records in csv format using Quicksight but it’s showing export fail.
Amazon Quicksight supports exporting in csv format up to 1 million rows or 500 MB of data, whichever limit is reached first.
But though records are 30k only and I’m trying to export in csv ,it’s getting fail.
can anyone please help me to solve this issue.

Hi!

To cover your bases, you can first check to make sure that your data is not over 500 MB (even though there are only 30k records).

Few details that would be useful to know:

  • What type of visual are you trying to get this data from? Pivot table/Standard Table?
  • What are the details of the error message that you are getting?
  • Is your data a SPICE dataset?

Another recommended step would be to try a smaller export first, and from this you can understand whether it is a size issue or not.
