I want to share dashboard with group of people with email alias, or make it public howto do?

You can create a reader account with the email alias and share the dashboard with it.

Hi @David_Wong - Thanks for sharing the details. To make a dashboard public, we have to ON the session capacity pricing. I believe it will add cost on the basis of access and usage of the dashboard. Any idea on the cost?

If you are an ADMIN for the QuickSight account, you will find it under Manage subscriptions : Amazon QuickSight subscriptions - Amazon QuickSight
