How to migrate row level security tags using sagemake/jupyter/python?

Just as the title states, we are in the process of automating pushing quicksight apps from DEV to QA using sagemaker. We have it working but it does not push tags and we have to go into the published report and add the tags back. Does anybody have any recommendations?
