How to remove an MP from Quicksight reports

Hi Team, I am looking for some advise with how to get MPs removed from our Quicksight report at MME1.

Currently we have x3 scanners that are accruing large volume of ‘No Read’ and ‘No Code’ status.

This is a false metric.

With the introduction of FSRI robots, this now means that units are been inducted to the Ship Sorter label side down resulting in the status shown above.

When the units are picked using the FSRI robots, they are scanned using a Cognex system incorporated to the FSRI software. Unfortunately, the counters utilised by the FSRI are not integrated with the Ship Sorter and as a result, poor read rates are generated. This is adversely affecting our Quality metrics on the dataset.

Please note, this is not causing any disturbance to the diverting of the Ship Sorter.

With continuous improvement in mind and the desire to improve quality for the MHE, please would someone be able to support with this matter.

Kind regards,

Paul.

Hi,

Are you saying you want to filter out a certain value from a particular column?

Hi @TomeyP - Welcome to AWS QuickSight community and thanks for posting the question. Can you please share some sample input and expected output. This way we can understand the issue and guide you the right solution. As @Max advised, if you just want to filter the data, you can follow the documentation provided by max and filter the data at data set preparation level and clean data can be used for developing the analysis.

Hi @Sanjeeb2022 & @Max,

Apologies for the late reply.

I am unable to filter out the Bad Quality metric due to it been a measuring point corelated within the Shipping Sorter overall data. The data we pull is of the overall Quality of the Shipping Sorter unfortunately includes the scanners as shown in the image provided. Ideally, I would like to see the Scanner metric removed from our Shipping Sorter due to the inaccuracy of the data being collected. It it providing a false metric.

Best regards,

Paul.
