How to Replace the text/Word

Hello Team,

I would like to check, is the any possibilities to replace the word/text in the dataset.

Please have a look in to the below sample dataset.

Need to replace the processor to Senior Executive and associate to Auditor in the dataset. I have around 500+ records in the dataset.

Could someone please assist me on this. Thank you!
