currently i have 2 points on map visuals, one for gateway, the other is for destination FC. is it possible to show them on the same map with routes, like point out the routes from gateway to FCs on the map.

The ability to link points on a map up is unfortunately not available within Quick Sight.
Layered maps were introduced fairly recently which allow you to achieve a bit more with maps than the standard visual types provided.
Additionally, AWS recently integrated highcharts in to Quick Sight. I believe there are some highchart visual options that can display routes but I don’t believe those have been added to QS yet. They have been working on expanding the available options though so hopefully this will be shortly down the line.
