i want the data such that when we select a particular week the table should display T4 weeks data including the selected week

Welcome to the community!

Since your filter is not a straight forward filter based on the selection in the parameter, you need to handle this using calculated fields.

You can created the calculated field filtering for the desired date range and use the same in your visual. The visual itself will not directly be filtered using the parameter.
